Sales: You can fill and sign the application form (contracts) and do the credit assessment.

Appl. Form Activities: You communicate with potential clients at different stages of the client journey.

Activity Form Finances: You can spend within your assigned budget.

Performance Form: You suggest and act on your own Personal Development Plan.

SAS: You have access to a computer and a personal access right to SAS.


Prospecting: You ensure to focus on the right sales objectives: The right 7 target markets (income earners, income makers, income farmers, institutions, companies, professional farmers, and subsistence farmers); In the right area (your assigned sub-county); with the right pitch (make money).

Advising: Once a potential client demonstrates concrete interest, you give the best advice possible for that client.

Assessing: Once a potential client makes the decision to buy our solution on credit, you assess the client’s ability and willingness to make the payment, in order to protect the client from over- and under finance

Closing: Once the contract is signed, you ensure that the client is comfortable making the payment and that all their questions are answered.
