New Hire Invitations: You ensure planning, coordination and actualization for the invitees

Preparation: You liaise with desks to ensure proper planning. Take care of all logistical requirements and meeting up the trainees from time to time to ensure smooth flow of the training.

Execution: This includes conducting weekly coaching and performance tracking. You prepare and submit the training weekly dashboard and report for review

Traineeship: You do trainee performance review and contract renewal & conduct end of traineeship assessment survey to obtain workable improvement opportunities

Refresher Select: You Conduct Refresh Trainings based on Gap analysis, Sales & Product Changes
