Main Responsibilities

Formulating and implementing the regional Business development & Marketing strategy in line with the GROUP vision.
Continuous assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets while creating strategic partnerships to enhance and sustain positive growth within the region.
Conducting feasibility studies for various products and services including intelligence gathering on customers and competitors for decision making covering all areas of the GROUP Investments.
Recruitment of Marketers within the region.
Talent identification & management including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training and evaluating marketers to achieve highest levels of performance and culture.
Preparing and presenting periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually), including providing recommendations and actions.
Liaising with the Group Commercial Manager in putting structures and policies in the system.
Ensuring that best customer service is offered at all levels within the region.
Membership recruitment, Loan book growth and Deposit Mobilization.
Managing all the group’s loans book within the region and ensuring PAR of below 5%.
