1) Implementing human capital management policies and strategies;

(ii) Implementing recruitment, training and development, performance management and career development programs and activities;

(iii) Implementing compensation and reward policies and strategies as advised by management;

(iv) Administering employee benefits including welfare schemes, medical Insurance and retirement benefits;

(v) Coordinating Employee Assistance and staff welfare Programmes;

(vi) Implementing Human Resource Information management system;

(vii) Planning and implementing Occupational Safety and Health programmes and audits;

(viii) Monitoring Departmental Records Management System;

(ix) Providing quarterly and annual reports of Human Resource activities;

(x) Maintaining staff leave records;

(xi) Monitoring compliance with the Labour laws and related regulations on human resource management.

Required Functional Skills

The successful candidate will have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences;

• Diploma in Human Resource Management;

• Professional training on Labour laws will be an added advantage;

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as Human Resource Officer and be a member of a recognized professional body e.g. the Institute of Human Resource

Management (IHRM).
