REQUIREMENTS AND JOB ROLE:
Consistent track record of going out of the way for customers
Be the first to pick up a phone
Responding to leads promptly including following up existing leads to closure
Ability to utilise social media – to update the company’s social media pages
Ensuring information we hold about destinations offered is up to date
Processing shipment bookings
Keen eye on documentation to ensure all document processes are done correctly
Attention to detail is a must
Strong computer usage skills
Work experience within the hospitality or freight sector is a bonus.
