The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create effective and measurable social media campaigns. They should be able to steadily build a brand and social media presence and constantly adapt their efforts to address new trends. This candidate should also be comfortable creating engaging content that will reach a targeted audience and maximize outcomes.
We are looking to hire qualified candidates for the above position on a full time basis
· Create and launch effective and novel social media campaigns to meet objectives
· Develop client brand and manage social media presence through targeted content
· Analyze, evaluate and adapt campaigns and strategies to reach desired outcomes
· Monitor industry trends in order to stay relevant with social media approach
· Ability to take ownership on projects
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
· Must be active on social media with a minimum following/friends/likes of 500 on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter. Group admins will have added advantage
· Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
· Excellent skills in social media marketing i.e Linked in, Twitter, Blogs, Google+, Instagram, Telegram and Whatsapp
· Ability to work with tight deadlines
· Ability to work in a team
· Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
· Web Design skills is an added advantage
· At least O-level certificate with marketing certificate as added advantage
· At least 1 year sales experience
· Digital marketing experience is a bonus
· Able to converse in both English and Kiswahili
· Must have a smart phone
· Must be 21 years and above
