Specific duties and responsibilities will entail:

Recruiting new and active members for the Society.
Obtaining upwards shares variations.
Opening new sub accounts.
Bringing on board change of pay points from other banks to Mwalimu FOSA.
Upwards SAYE variations.
Mobilizing Fixed Deposits accounts.
Conducting post-admission follow ups and recording all concerns arising from the communicated feedback from members.
Marketing the Society products and services.
Assisting members to update their records.
Resolving members’ issues in Line with Society’s policies.
Communicating feedback on members’ enquiries.
Achieving the set regional monthly targets.
Conducting market research, marketing intelligence and monitor pricing, distribution and promotions.
Sending monthly itineraries to the supervisor.
Giving daily updates of whereabouts and indicating what was achieved the previous day.
Compiling a comprehensive report with detailed achievement on the field and explanation where you did not attain the target mark.
Promoting the Society’s positive image.

Required Functional Skills and Qualifications:

For appointment to this grade, the candidate must have the following


Diploma in Business Related field.
A degree in Business Related field will be an added advantage.
2 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.
Knowledge of Sacco Products and services
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, internally and externally.
Strong Sales and relationship building skills
Ability to match perceived customer needs with existing Sacco products
Computer literacy
Excellent command of written and spoken English
