The company is the agent of China Liugong(http:// www. liugong. cn/)in Kenya specializing in machinery & trucks sales and service.

We are looking for qualified persons in the following position:

Administrative Clerk (1 position)

Work location: Mombasa, Kisumu and Nairobi;

Negotiable salary, with other allowance; provide professional training.

Job Description:

1. General administration of the office to ensure smooth running;

2. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory;

3. Recruit and select office staff under the approval of office supervisor;

4. Design and implement filing systems and record keeping;

5. Help the office supervisor to evaluate and manage staff performance;

6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints;

7. Keep in contact with suppliers of relative public service such as bank, taxation, telecom, sanitation, taxi, car rental, logistics, courier etc. ;

8. Other matters assigned by employer.


1. College degree or above, preferably majored in human resource and administration management;

2. Good written and spoken English skill;

3. Relevant administrative experience is preferred.
