Roles and responsibilities
Supervisors are expected to maintain discipline within their staff for several reasons.
Supervise and oversee all the activities in the company and ensure they are run effectively
Ensuring that the all staff and support staff operates with maximum efficiency
Helping the staff understand performance targets and goals.
Scheduling work hours and shifts
Coordinating job reshuffles
Providing real-time feedback on staff performance
Sharing company updates, financial results and new objectives with team members.
Assisting in resolving emergencies
Identifying and resolving company’s problems, including lateness or absenteeism.
Providing reports and activity updates to management.
Education & work experience requirements:
Higher diploma in business management or a related field.
A valid class BCE driving license with more than three years’ experience
At least 2 years of working in a busy institution in a senior position.
Able to learn and work independently, with good organizational skills.
Must possess a demonstrated ability to work systematically and diligently.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written.
Ability to work independently while at the same time be an active team player.
Meet the set production targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Keeping and student progress tracking skills
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Candidates must be computer literate, fluent in English and Swahili.
