The ideal candidate MUST be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
Maintain Ledger and document financial transactions.
Ensure payments of statutory fees.
Reconcile monthly supplier payments.
Work up to trial balance.
Generate monthly management accounts.
Prepare wages and salaries.
Administrative/ clerical tasks.
Ensures duties and taxes are paid.
Confirmation of bank transactions.
Preparation of cash flows.
Compliance to regulatory bodies.
Any other duties as required by management.
Preparation of necessary items for annual audit.
Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
2-5 years’ experience.
Skills in management accounting.
Proficient knowledge of financial systems (Excel and Quick Books are mandatory).
