Property inspections and reports
Rent collection
Preparing offer letters and tenancy agreements
Preparing property budgets, service charge accounts and other financial documents
Managing property renovations
Supervision of caretakers, maintenance team
Minute writing
Letter and email writing
Preparing statements, invoices, receipts
Customer service/Tenant relations
Handling property inquiries
Sales & marketing of properties
Filing
Petty cash handling
Office purchases
Receiving office visitors and phone calls
Bookkeeping for Finance department
