Our trainings offer caregivers opportunities to advance their professional skills while on the job, which leads to higher job retention, promotions, and higher living wages.
In coordination with the MD and training manager, responsible for scheduling new trainings
Communicating trainings dates to marketing team and ensuring sufficient enrolment in classes
Ensuring all payments for classes are collected prior to attending
Working with the accountant to reconcile all payments & classes
Ensuring all attendees receive a receipt for their training
Assistance with development programs, including budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of programs, and report writing.
Reporting on budgets to management, donors and investors
Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting/ACCA
Excellent use of excel
Good writing and powerpoint skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledgeable and passionate about the job
A team player but also a self-starter
