Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Content management of JF Centers portfolio of websites; generating new content, writing blogs and ensuring that all show pages and company information is kept up-to-date
Management of JF Center e-marketing schedule, building and sending emails to our databases provide information to callers
Liaising with the graphics team in creation of e-flyers for social management direct persons to correct destination
Management of JF Centers multiple social media accounts across face book, twitter, instagram and any other relevant social media channels for all of the company.
Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organization. Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
provide general administrative and clerical support
prepare correspondence and documents
Preliminary drafting of correspondence on your CEOs behalf schedule appointments
maintain appointment diary electronically
organize conference and meeting room bookings
co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
Customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction and managing the call center
control inventory relevant to reception area
tidy and maintain the reception area
Perform basic IT support duties i.e. trouble shooting
Provide Hardware Support
Web development
Server Administration
Wireless Networking
System Administration

Education and Experience

diploma generally required in IT
knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
knowledge of computers and relevant software application
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
keyboard skills
