Job Description

The developments conceptualized by the client’s development team are high quality assets. They use a data driven approach in planning and design that gears property for high rental returns and an escalated rate in growth capital. Over the last decade, our client has proven to be an important tool for providing investors and consumers with current and historical information on housing prices, inflation etc. in order to make informed decisions. They are currently looking for a Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Content creation for marketing material e.g. brochures, company profiles and ensuring they are always updated and adequately stocked
Website management – ensuring it is always updated and creating blog content
Social media management through query resolution, creation of advertising content and brand awareness
Events management – preparation of sales drives and targeted marketing occasions
Brand surveillance and audit; ensuring conformity of the brand across board
Drafting of corporate communication and press releases
Conduct market surveillance and research


Degree in Marketing / Public Relations
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced marketing department
Knowledge of Photo-shop or image editing software
Outgoing, friendly and team player
Male and aged between 30 – 40 years
Knowledge of both ATL and BTL Marketing
Proficiency in social media SEO/SEM
Experience managing multiple marketing projects, must have a ‘think-out-of-the-box’ mentality
Experienced in dealing with marketing / advertising agencies and local media

Monthly gross salary: Open depending on skills and qualification
