Job Description

This role is to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.

The successful candidate would be responsible for following up on projects in Design stage and get the Company specified through Architects, Consultants and Influencers. He/ she MUST be conversant with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD or any computer software.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the background after tender to support the sales team.
Educate architects and designers of the solutions offered, codes and standards.
Manage projects at specification stage and closely with the team to provide customer’s needs.
Co-ordinate between Architects & specifications Team to ensure the specifications are congruent with Architect’s vision.
Interact closely with the sales team after tendering stage for securing projects, providing required technical & design support.
Establishing relationship with project decision makers.
Support the sales persona throughout the project.
Support in BDM and sourcing of new clients.


Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical.
Must have experience working in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Elevator, Sanitaryware and Air Conditioning.
Must have a valid driving license preferable with a personal car.
Must have a great understanding of project life cycle.
Must have an understanding of design process.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
