They are recruiting a professional retail residential & letting agent with excellent letting experience in the Karen area. Someone who can manage relationships of the client and the company requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

To meet the financial targets and other objectives of the department (& company) through increased sales and lettings.
Understanding the business and having a sound market knowledge with a keen awareness of competition, pricing and product placing and trends is key.
Formulate and implement business strategies in consultation with the Head of Agency / Line Manager for the business development of the Agency business in the Karen office.
Maintain a work in progress (WIP) schedule for listed properties to show projection for fee collection.
Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the partnership.
Promote the brand in the market – well-presented sale/letting boards on properties, explore advertising options e.g. shopping mall boards, airports, property expos, social media etc.
Issue activity reports or market feedback to property owners every 2 weeks.


Relevant degree or Higher Diploma.
Current Real Estate licence.
Experience in residential & letting in the Karen Area.
A valid driving license.
Communication, People and Negotiation skills.
Financial management and basis accounting skills.
Computing skills.

Monthly Gross Salary: Kshs 150,000 – 200,000/= (USD 1,500 – 2,000) depending on skills and experience.
