Job Description

We are looking for a sales manager who is has an excellent track record and has mastered the art of sales and marketing.

Duties:

Leadership Skills: to motivate team members, working with them to set and meet sales goals. To resolve conflicts. Also, help motivate the team for sales and act as a coach to the team members.
Analytical Skills: take the sales numbers and analyse them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies. Also, budgeting and having market knowledge may act as an advantage. Detail oriented and very attentive candidates may come as an asset.
Good Customer Service: interacting with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients. Customer service skills will be necessary especially dealing with irate customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: A big part of sales and leadership is communication. A good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand the direction and recommendations towards a sale.
Target setter: a manager must be able to set short term targets as well as long term targets and ensure they are met within the time frames provided.

Requirements:
The candidate must show competent and excellent skills in sales and marketing activities. BSc/BA certification in sales or marketing will be an asset with an experience over 7 years. The candidate must have a proven track record, a masterclass sales person who can deal with top leaders in the industry. Excellent communication skills and good command of the English Language .Customer oriented, hard working and self driven individual, good time manager, and overall great business developer.
Must have good skill on Ms Office suite especially PowerPoint presentations.
