Our client is currently seeking to recruit Administrative Secretary (2 positions) to be based in Nakuru. The ideal candidate Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. He/ she must be currently living in Nakuru.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Managing databases.
Prioritizing workloads.
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
Logging or processing bills or expenses.
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.


Must have a bachelor in Business Administration or related field.
Must have excellent communication, customer service & relationship-building skills.
Must be currently living in Nakuru.
Team working skills and attentive to details.
Must be willing to occasionally travel to Nairobi.
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
The ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).

Monthly Gross Salary: Kshs. 100,000 (Approx. 1,000 USD).

Position Level: Lower Mid- Level.

Location: Nakuru, Kenya
