Develop course outlines, create lesson plans, teach the assigned classes, track student progress, create and reinforce classroom rules, prepare and manage examinations.
Diploma from a Technical Training Institute/college in Food and Beverage Management;
At least two (2) years’ experience of extensive Knowledge and practice in Bar and Wine; practical/ Hands-on experience is a MUST;
A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage.
