PURPOSE: TO HEAD AND COORDINATE ALL OPERATIONS
REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all operation matters within the organization.
Ensure Optimum performance of all Area Managers
Ensure Operational Activities are carried out professionally and in an effective, economical and efficient manner.
Constant communication with the contact person in all the contracts
Analysis for customer feedback
Managing and collection of payment from the one offs
Update clients on any new development regarding contract management
Deal with major issues touching on staff welfare at contract level
Ensure that the cleaning standards are maintained
Appraise area managers
Ensure accurate payroll data if forwarded to the HR department
Presentation of report to management every fortnight
Must have at least 10 yrs experience
Experience in Cleaning Industry
Good Mgt Skills
Gross Salary 150,000 KSh.
