Job Description


To recruit, retain and service corporate and individual clients

To keep management informed of the status of clients, sales plans, meetings and any potential problems

To maintain open and complete communication of client issues and to act as facilitator between clients and management personnel as appropriate

To ensure that you are well informed on company products and systems as well as wider industry matters in order to maximise sales and to maintain excellent client service levels


You have to be well groomed and presentable, ambitious, confident and posses a strong desire to succeed

You need to have exceptional communication and presentation skills and be fluent in English and Kiswahili

You need to have excellent interpersonal and people management skills to allow you to build and sustain ongoing profitable business relationships

Sales and client service experience will be an advantage
